DJ Gary Carter founded Streetbeat Mobile Disco in 1992 and the company quickly became a popular choice for event and party organisers in and around the Exeter area, fast becoming one of the leading names in mobile disco entertainment in the Southwest. Their ever-increasing service area now covers Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire.
We understand that your wedding day is the most important day of your lives, we’ll make every effort to ensure your disco entertainment goes smoothly and to plan.
Our friendly staff will arrive with plenty of time to install the equipment and to change into smart clothes ready for the start. We can set-up the equipment while you are at the church, or at a time that is convenient for you and the venue.
Music
Musically, a wedding is probably the most challenging. Your guests will have a variety of musical tastes and so we usually play a wide selection of the most popular music from the generations. All the time monitoring which gets the best response.
Music at all weddings vary and it is our job to play the right music at the right volume and at the right time, so that you and your guests can enjoy your special day to its maximum.
Our priority is to keep the dance floor busy while catering for everyone at the party.
You are welcome to send a playlist for us to incorporate into the nights entertainment. And, don’t forget to let us know what your special song is for your 1st dance!
Students & Proms
Not only do we supply one of the highest quality mobile disco’s in the south west, but can also supply (where needed) follow spots, stage lighting and radio microphones for those all important speeches and award ceremonies. Backing music can be arranged for when the winners names are revealed.
Appropriately dressed staff run the show. High quality speakers pump out a variety of popular, chart, dance, r&b and cheese! While our computer controlled DMX light show wows the audience with 100s of dancing light beams and strobe effects all perfectly synchronised to the beat of the music, aided with smoke and optional snow and bubble machines.
Request and shouts are of course welcome.
Dinner & Dances
For our more discerning customers we tone down the sound and lighting to an appropriate level for your event. Music will be suited to the age group and taste of your guests and their requests.
